NBA LIVE 2005 adds a new type of Freestyle -- one that exists above the rim. With EA SPORTS Freestyle Air, new dunks, shot blocks, rebounds and other moves will let you dominate air and space like never before.   With Freestyle Shooting you now decide whether you want to rebound, dunk or tip-in a missed shot attempt. In the past this was decided by the CPU for you, but now you have full control -- press the Jump button to grab the Rebound, press the Shoot button to tip it back in or press the Dunk button to attempt a put-back. This helps tremendously with Offensive Rebounding and makes battling for position in the post much more important.  In addition, when you go up for a dunk or a lay-up and you see a defender attempting to block your shot you can alter it in mid-air and switch from a lay-up to a dunk or from a dunk to a lay-up.
