Replacement Policy:
Every product we sell is guaranteed to work. Please note: product compatibility is your responsibility. We will gladly replace any defective product with an identical product. All returns must have an RMA number and all original packing material. Software is not returnable unless there is a defect and a replacement will be shipped to you at our expense. You will be required to return the defective software to us. Any item lost by the USPS will be replaced only, no refunds.
Return Policy:
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. The software or other products must NOT be opened or damaged. If the product is damaged or will not install correctly it may be exchanged for the same product at no charge to the customer. If the product is having conflict problems or support issues it is the customers responsibility to obtain the support from the manufacturer whether it is free or pay support., shipping is NON-refundable. We prefer to use USPS for all of our shipments to the Continental US, Canada and all International destinations.
International Destinations
International destinations will go USPS Global Priority and can take 10 to 14 days to reach you. Please be patient. Other shipping arragments can be made usually at a higher rate. Please email customerservice@qualityinks.com for a rate quote.
Orders usually take less than 24 hours to process however under unique circumstances may take longer and are shipped via one of the methods below shipping times may vary according to holidays and other items.
Most physical addresses in the contiguous United States* will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Packages shipped by USPS will generally reach its destination within 2-5 business days.
Packages heading for PO Boxes, APO/AE, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands or any other US territory not in the contiguous US will be shipped via US Mail and will reach its destination usually within 2-5 business days.
Packages heading for International addresses will be charged an additional $5 unless it is unable to be fit into a flat rate envelope. If the shipment is too large, we will e-mail you with the correct shipping price. The package will not ship until we receive a reply from you accepting the new shipping amount. Either Global Priority Mail will ship your package, or it will ship by Airmail Parcel Post if it is more cost effective. For Retail Box products shipped Global Priority we will discard the packaging and just send the contents so that you can receive everything in the box without the bulky box costing extra money.
In a hurry? Express Mail and 2 Day Express are available. Next Day orders if placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day, and 2 Day Express ordered before 1:00 PM will be delivered in 2 business days. These services are not available in Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/AE addresses and International addresses.

Where is my Receipt /Order Confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation that your order was successfully processed at the time of purchase.
